Hii, I’m Nicole.

Growing up in Los Angeles, I took in a lot of misinformation about what it meant to be healthy and happy. I ate packaged and processed foods, moved my body to burn the empty calories consumed and shopped compulsively in an attempt to feel good, to find peace. Nowhere did I hear conversations about mental health or how the food we eat can change the way our bodies and minds function. This fragmented approach to healthy living left me disconnected from my body and in a constant search to feel better with resources outside of myself. I have worked tirelessly over the last 10 years to undo that way of thinking, to create a loving relationship with my body, and finally turn inward and listen to what it’s asking for.

My path here hasn’t been linear. After graduating from NYU I followed my love for children into a kindergarten classroom, then my passion for cooking into a bagel shop. But when the pandemic hit in 2020, I made some major changes. I enrolled in the coaching program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, got sober, and six months later I became a registered yoga instructor. Through this journey of self-study I have found my purpose in this world: to create a safe space for women that allows them to feel connected to their bodies and minds, and explore what makes them finally feel truly deeply happy.
