Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching
The role of a health coach is about support and accountability. We have more power than we believe to choose happiness; to choose health. Once you make that choice, I will be here to guide you through the transformation that happens when you commit to deep change. I will walk you through self exploration and coach you through the core actions needed to elevate your state of being.
Our work begins by exploring your current state to find your base line. In order to bring change into our lives, we must first bring awareness and attention; what can be measured can be managed. Taking time to slow down and look closely at your life and your daily habits is the first step towards growth. The next step is setting your goals. The goals we set are specific to you and the health journey you are currently on. Goals can include stress management, weight loss, stabilizing energy/mood levels, and fighting fatigue. The program proceeds to cover all the pillars below. I believe in bio-individuality, which means no two people are the same and therefore no two diets, exercise regimes, or self care practices will work for two different people. The exercises and information we’ll cover will be highly individualized to fit your needs. The journey towards holistic health means we won’t just focus on diet and exercise, though those are at the top of the list, but rather integrating positive change into all parts of life that support and nourish you. The ultimate goal of our work is to connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be.
Life Pillars ~ Areas of Focus
Nutrition & Eating Habits
When it comes to cleaning up your diet, the first step is to look at what you are eating right now and how it makes you feel. I am not in the business of hype diets or restrictive eating habits because I know how detrimental they can be to both mind and body. Eating should be fun and delicious not stressful or shameful. Understanding how food impacts your body gives you the power to create a diet that works for you. We will identify and deconstruct cravings so you can understand what your body is trying to communicate and address any nutritional deficiencies that may be present. How you eat, who you eat with, and your relationship with food are also important factors, as we get more from a meal than just nutrients. At the end of your program, you will be equipped with recipes, knowledge, and confidence to nourish yourself from inside out on a diet full of whole, nutritious foods.
*Discussions about food and diet can be triggering for many coming into coaching. If this happens, I promise to support you and hold space to process all feelings that arise.*
Movement & Exercise
From managing chronic pain to improving mental health, the benefits of daily consistent movement are endless. Exercise, whether it be yoga or CrossFit, can teach you about where you’re at emotionally and psychically. Making time to move your body means making time for yourself. Exercise gives you time to tune out the stress and focus solely on body and breath. Finding a few styles of movement that bring you joy is the key for consistency and lasting change. We will work together to explore options and find time in your schedule to get moving.

Sleep & Stress Management
I believe sleep and the ability to manage stress are the two most important factors for mental health. When we don’t get quality uninterrupted sleep everything about our day can be affected. Quality sleep means mood stability throughout the day, manageable cravings/appetite, and energy to move your body. In an effort to calm the brain + body and prepare for a restful night, we will create a schedule (read: bed time!) that sets limits on screen time and allows for self reflection each night. We will talk about coping mechanism and crutches you may have in place to help you wind down such as alcohol or prescription medication. The goal is get you to sleep through the night and awake without resistance.
Breathwork and meditation will be a part of each session to open the mind and relax the body.
Social life & Relationships
I want to know about the people in your life that support and encourage you. The company we keep has a direct effect on how we navigate the word and how we feel about ourselves in it. We will discuss the important connections you have in your life and spend time strengthening the relationships that bring you joy.
Spirituality & Creativity
Taking time to be creative is crucial for personal development. Strengthening your creativity will increase your receptivity to new ideas and experiences. An open mind is a creative mind.
Cultivating a spiritual practice encourages deeper connections to the self and people close to you. It can enormously helpful in times of uncertainty or self doubt.
Home Environment
Your home environment can impact your productivity and energy levels throughout the day as well as the ability to relax in the evening. In a time when many of us are working from home, it is more important than ever to actively curate the vibe within your home.
Sobriety Coaching
Alcohol use has become so prevalent and socially acceptable in our community it can be hard to know when your casual use has turned into something problematic. I believe we should all be curious about the relationship we have with alcohol and other substances because that curiosity can open the door onto a journey of self exploration, understanding, and compassion.
Over the four week program we will take a holistic approach to redefining your relationship with alcohol. Abstinence or moderation is so difficult to maintain when don’t make changes to the other parts of lives, so we will look at your relationships, sleep, diet, etc. to find where triggers and pain points may lie. For me, getting sober was the first step towards getting healthy and finding my purpose. What could it do for you?
To the sober curious: I promise to meet you wherever you are right now. To create a safe, open minded, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings around alcohol and how it may be affecting your life. If you want to moderate, take some time off, or get sober for life we can start the journey together. Those first steps — that first look in the mirror — can be terrifying but you don’t have to do it alone.
Sobriety Support

What’s a discovery call?
A discovery call is an opportunity for us to meet and chat: no strings, no cost. I will ask you about where you are in your journey and what sparked your interest in coaching. We will discuss your health, wellness, or sobriety needs to be sure they are within my scope of practice. I can tell you about all the programs and pricing options to see what would best fit your needs and budget. After that, the work begins!
